For fabric stores
List your fabrics on Khami and receive orders from customers ordering online in Kuwait.
What joining Khami means for your store
Your fabrics appear in a marketplace used by customers who are already looking to buy fabric and have it tailored. When a customer selects one of your fabrics, the order comes to you through the platform, with the details you need to prepare it.
Khami arranges collection of the fabric and its delivery to the tailor the customer chose. You don't need to coordinate that leg of the journey.
You keep control of what you list, how it's described, and what it costs. Your business remains your own — Khami does not take ownership of, or a stake in, the businesses on the platform.
What Khami provides
A place to be found online
Your fabrics presented with images, descriptions and prices, in Arabic and English.
Orders in a structured form
Each order arrives with the fabric selected, the quantity, and the delivery instruction — not a message thread to interpret.
Coordinated collection
Khami arranges for purchased fabric to be collected and delivered to the customer's selected tailor.
Payment through an authorised provider
Customer payments are processed by MyFatoorah. Settlement terms are set out in the partnership agreement.
What Khami does not promise
We would rather be clear at the start than manage expectations later.
- Khami does not guarantee a particular number of orders, a level of sales, or a rate of growth.
- Customers browse and choose independently. Khami does not direct customers to a particular store.
- Khami does not set your prices and does not guarantee any price outcome.
- Listing on Khami does not make your business part of Khami, and does not transfer any ownership.
What we ask from participating stores
- A fabric business operating legally in Kuwait, with valid commercial registration and any licences required for your activity.
- Accurate descriptions of the fabrics you list — composition, width, colour and price as they actually are.
- Stock you can actually supply, kept up to date.
- Fabric prepared and ready for collection within the agreed timeframe.
- Cooperation in resolving customer issues relating to fabric you supplied.
- Acceptance of the partnership agreement and the platform Terms and Conditions.
