Receive tailoring orders from customers who select you on Khami, with measurements and order details sent to you in advance.
How orders reach you
A customer browsing Khami buys fabric from a fabric store on the platform, then selects a tailor to make the garment. If they select you, the order comes to you with the garment details and the customer's confirmed measurements. Khami arranges for the fabric to be delivered to you, and for the finished garment to be collected and delivered to the customer.
Please read this before applying
Khami does not guarantee or directly provide new customers to tailors. Customers independently choose their preferred participating tailor.
Khami makes your services visible on the platform. It does not send customers to you, does not allocate orders, and does not promise any number of orders or any level of income. Whether a customer selects you is entirely the customer's decision.
What Khami provides
Visibility on the platform
Your tailoring services, options and prices presented to customers in Arabic and English.
Complete order details
Each order arrives with the garment type, the tailoring options selected, and the customer's confirmed measurements — not a phone call to write down.
Fabric delivered to you
Khami arranges delivery of the customer's purchased fabric to your shop.
Collection of finished work
Khami arranges collection of the completed garment and delivery to the customer.
What Khami does not do
- Khami does not guarantee or directly provide new customers to tailors.
- Khami does not allocate or assign orders to a particular tailor.
- Khami does not guarantee a number of orders, a level of income, or business growth.
- Khami does not set your prices.
- Khami does not perform tailoring work and does not supervise how it is carried out.
- Participating on Khami does not make your business part of Khami and transfers no ownership. You remain an independent business.
What we ask from participating tailors
- A tailoring business operating legally in Kuwait, with valid commercial registration and any licences required for your activity.
- Accurate description of the services, garment types and prices you offer.
- Work completed to the confirmed measurements and order details, within the agreed timeframe.
- Careful handling of customer fabric while it is in your possession.
- Confidential handling of customer measurements, used only to complete the order.
- Cooperation in resolving customer issues relating to work you carried out.
- Acceptance of the partnership agreement and the platform Terms and Conditions.
