How Khami works
From choosing a fabric to receiving the finished garment, here's what happens at each stage of an order.
The six steps
Select a fabric
Browse fabrics listed by fabric stores registered on Khami. Each listing shows the fabric details and price provided by the store. Choose the fabric you want and add it to your order.
Choose a tailor
Select a tailor from the tailors participating on Khami. Their tailoring services and prices are shown as provided by the tailor. The choice is yours — Khami does not select or assign a tailor on your behalf.
Confirm measurements and order details
Enter your measurements, or use measurements already saved in your account. Confirm the garment details, the tailoring options you want, and the delivery address. Review the order summary before you confirm.
The fabric is delivered to your tailor
Once your order is confirmed, Khami arranges collection of the fabric from the fabric store and delivery to the tailor you selected, along with your order details and measurements.
Your tailor completes the garment
The tailor makes the garment according to the confirmed order. Timelines depend on the tailor and the type of garment, and are shown or communicated as part of your order.
The finished order is delivered to you
When the garment is complete, Khami arranges delivery to the address you provided, anywhere in Kuwait.
About your measurements
You can enter measurements yourself or use measurements saved in your account from a previous order.
Saved measurements can be viewed, updated or deleted from your account at any time. If your measurements have changed, update them before placing a new order — the tailor works from the measurements confirmed on that order.
Fitting and alteration arrangements are set by the individual tailor and vary between tailors. Any alterations agreed directly with a tailor outside the platform are a matter between you and that tailor.

How pricing works
Your order can include the price of the fabric, set by the fabric store; the price of the tailoring service, set by the tailor; and delivery charges, where applicable. The total is shown before you confirm your order.
Payments are processed through MyFatoorah, an authorised third-party payment service provider. Khami does not store your full payment card details. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
Delivery
Khami arranges two movements on a typical order: fabric from the fabric store to your selected tailor, and the finished garment from the tailor to you.
Delivery is available across all governorates of Kuwait and is carried out by delivery providers. Estimated timeframes are provided with your order and can be affected by fabric availability, the tailor's schedule, and circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure the delivery address and contact number on your order are correct and that someone is available to receive the delivery.
If there's a problem with your order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us at support@khamikuwait.com within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and photographs where relevant.
Because fabric that has been cut and garments that have been made to a customer's measurements cannot be resold, the circumstances in which they can be cancelled or returned are limited. The full position is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy — please read it before ordering.
Common questions
Does Khami make the clothing?
No. Khami is a marketplace. Fabric is supplied by independent fabric stores and garments are made by independent tailors. Khami connects the parties and coordinates the order.
Can I choose my own tailor?
Yes. You select the tailor you want from the tailors participating on the platform. Khami does not assign one to you.
Do you store my measurements?
Yes, if you choose to save them to your account, so you can reuse them on future orders. You can view, update or delete them at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All governorates of Kuwait.
How long does an order take?
Timelines depend on the tailor and the garment. An estimate is provided with your order.
Can I cancel an order?
Only until the fabric store begins cutting. Because stores may begin immediately, we cannot guarantee a cancellation window. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
